What are your hours of operation? Do you work over the weekend?
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! We work overnight and over the weekend. Any time you submit a document we guarantee to return the edited document to you by the deadline. (Please note that if you wish to use the Urgent Service, you need to contact us first to arrange this.)
How will using your service improve my grades?

Can you correct my referencing?
Yes! When you submit your document for editing, you simply need to let us know the name of the referencing style you are using. If you wish, you can even email us any referencing guidelines that you have received from your school or university. We will ensure that your document is referenced correctly, no matter what style you are using.
However, it is important to note that we cannot write your references for you. It is up to you to decide what references need to be included and where. Once you have inserted your own references (including all of the necessary information such as author, title, publisher, place of publication, year and page number), our academic editors will ensure the information is presented correctly.

Will anyone else know I’m using your service, or be able to see my document?
All of your details and documents are kept strictly confidential and are not shown to anyone. We normally keep copies of our edited documents for back-up purposes, but after you have received your edited document, you can request that we delete all your files if you wish.
Will you write my essay or assignment for me?
No. The content of your essay is your responsibility. Elite Editing & Tutoring does not write your essay or assignment for you. It is important to understand that handing in work that you claim is your own, when it was in fact written by someone else, is plagiarism. Plagiarism is a serious offence and can result in you receiving a failing grade or being expelled from your school or university. Elite Editing & Tutoring does not edit plagiarised content. Academic integrity is very important to us. We are a professional, top-quality editing service. This means that we follow all school and university guidelines regarding editing, in order to protect the students who use our service.

Do I need an editor who is an expert in my field?
No. Our editors are experts at editing documents from every field. This means they do not need to have a degree in the same subject as you in order to edit your document professionally. Editors are not allowed to write or alter the content (i.e. research, results or argument) contained in your document. Therefore, since the editing process does not focus on what you are saying, but rather how you are saying it, our editors are able to improve your document without an intimate knowledge of your field.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit card, electronic funds transfer and bank deposit.
PayPal is free to join and use, and it allows you to pay via your credit card or bank account without revealing your bank details. You don’t need to have a PayPal account if you would like to make payment by credit card. If you live in Australia, you can also make a deposit directly into our St George bank account using internet banking or visiting a bank branch. How do I know which service to select?
First, you need to check your word count. All editing prices are based on the length (word count) of your document. Once you know how many words you need edited, you can decide how soon you would like your document to be returned to you. We offer a Standard, Express and Urgent service.

Do you have experience editing Honours, Masters or PhD theses?
